The Wisconsin PTA is always looking for new and interesting workshops & dynamic speakers to present materials to our members and leadership that consist of parents, caregivers, teachers, school staff, administrators, and community members who are invested in the PTA mission to make every child’s potential a reality for engaging and empowering families and communities to advocate for all children. For this one day event workshops should be 45 minutes including time for questions. If you have a really amazing topic that we could split into two sessions, please add your proposals.
We have four levels of sponsorship available for this year’s one day event.
Premiere Sponsor – $1,500 (Only one available)

Our members always rave about how many great ideas and businesses that they find when they attend our annual meeting & convention. At this year’s one day event we have a set up that will lend itself to exhibitors being in the mix all throughout the day. You will be in sight of our attendees all throughout the day with the exception of workshop times. There will also be planned, dedicated time for attendees to visit with you. Take advantage of this opportunity to share your products, programs, and services with PTA members, teachers, and education professionals from across Wisconsin. All Exhibitors who register before March 31 will be included on our BINGO card raffle to help ensure all the delegates stop by your booth to see what you have to offer their PTA!
2024 Rates
$100 Exhibitor Registration Fee
$50 Non-Profit Discount
Your exhibitor fee includes a 6 ft. table, two chairs, and up to two badges and lunches. If you have more people who need badges and lunches these can be purchased separately–$30/person. Please add Exhibitor Add-On #1 to your cart when purchasing your space. (Please Note: Badges issued by Wisconsin PTA are required for everyone in the exhibit hall at all times.)
