All local units and councils must file tax forms annually on November 15.  Most local units file a 990-N online post card because their income is less than $50,000.  If you are unsure of which form to file, please contact the Wisconsin PTA at 1-608-244-1455 or info@wisconsinpta.org.

Visit irs.gov to complete your submission.  After completing your submission, please take a screenshot of the submission confirmation and upload that to your Givebacks site under Compliance>990 Submission.
